XC Season Off To A Strong Start

After a week of some strong spring weather some experienced pilots have bagged some long flights from TV sites flying at Combe and Golden Ball. Some pilots beating their Personal Best flight distances already. Well done to all.

We've also had one incident so keep safe by flying within suitable conditions and your ability. Spring thermals are sharp edged and strong at the moment with 5m/s climbs not unusual mid to afternoon.
